How to Attract Beautiful Women – 5 Powerful Tips to Attract a Woman
Being one of those guys that seems to have very little luck with women is NOT a good feeling. Talking to guys that really want to succeed at attracting women has allowed me to see some really common things that seem to get in the way of an average guy that WANTS badly to learn how to attract beautiful women.
Most average guys seem to suffer from a lack of confidence and experience with women. This is like a catch 22, as you cannot gain confidence with women until you have more experiences with women. You also probably won’t make any kind of approach on a woman until you have the confidence.
Still, any guy can learn how to attract beautiful women. It’s not rocket science. Some of those guys that are VERY good at attracting beautiful women have nothing on you, except for their ability to approach a woman.
Here are 5 powerful tips that will allow you to attract a hot woman and start seeing the kind of dating success that you NEED.
1. Know in your own mind that no woman is really out of your league. The mindset is REALLY important if you want to attract a beautiful woman. You cannot allow yourself to be easily intimidated or talk yourself out of even getting to know her simply because you assume that she will not have anything to do with YOU. It’s your mind that tells you this. Sure, there are going to be times where you do feel the cold shoulder from a woman, but not every time.
2. Don’t assume that you don’t have the “goods” to appeal to a beautiful woman. Some guys will allow themselves to be limited due to the fact that they think they don’t make enough money or they don’t have the right physique or they don’t have a “power” job. None of this is really as important as being able to use your charm to appeal to a woman.
3. Beautiful women get hit with the cheesiest of lines all of the time. So, don’t even bother with them. Seriously. A lot of guys will try to hunt down that perfect line that will work hook, line and sinker on any woman that they want, and they miss out on the bigger picture. A line just opens a conversation. That’s it.
4. You’ve go to do some of the talking and let her do some. When you are talking to a woman, it’s easy to allow yourself to kind of go on and on and not even let her get a breath in. This is especially true if you really want to impress a woman. However, you want to have an interaction with her, so you have to let her do some of the talking.
5. She’s got to see VALUE in YOU. While you don’t have to be rich and you don’t have to be a Wall Street type to attract beautiful women, there does have to be something of VALUE that she sees in YOU. Your personality can be more than enough to make her feel like she has to be around you.

How To Go From a ?Good? to ?Great? Leader
“A good leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader, a great leader inspires people to have confidence in themselves.” – Author Unknown
Being a terrific leader takes commitment, confidence, and clarity. It doesn’t matter if you’re a supervisor, CEO or entrepreneur – the steps you need to know in order to motivate the people who work with you are the same. The old school method of employing ‘scare’ tactics, i.e. “If you don’t do what I TELL you do, then there’s the door!” doesn’t cut it anymore in today’s business world. Besides, if you still subscribe to the “It’s my way or the highway” way of thinking, you’re going to alienate everyone who works in your company or organization and nothing will be accomplished except for making enemies out of your staff.
Here are 4 steps that will take you from good to great leader.
1. Set a clear direction for your team. Clarity begets desired results. If you aren’t clear about where you’re going, do you think your team will be? As a leader, your role is to be the visionary who paints the picture for them to follow. If you aren’t clear about the necessary steps your staff need to take to accomplish a goal, then a lot of time is going to be wasted running around in circles. Create a clear action plan – one that shows exactly how and what you want to get done. If needed, draw a roadmap diagram on paper outlining the full process, starting with the objective and detailing what each person is responsible to complete. The better your directions are, the easier it will be to get the goal finished.
2. Make sure your actions match your intentions and visions. You, as the leader, need to know what you envision being the final outcome of the project/task you’re asking your employees to work on. Do you want to ‘wow’ a client with an exceptional product presentation? Can you see the final project completed? What does it look like to you? Are YOU excited about this task? Your own level of commitment and enthusiasm needs to come across loud and clear to your team. If you’re ho hum about the outcome, then guess what – that’s the attitude that will be adopted by members of your team. Some of us are ‘big picture’ thinkers. We forget about all the details on how to get to that big picture, but as the leader you can’t allow yourself to let those minute details slide. If you do, then the final outcome will definitely not be to your liking.
3. Create a cohesive team. You must have confidence in your team and their abilities. Knowing who fits in where in your team is crucial to creating success. You need to assign the ‘right’ people to the ‘right’ tasks. If Suzie doesn’t like concept writing, but loves to work on graphics, then make sure you assign her that portion of the job. Knowing the strengths of each member of the team is crucial in achieving a super end result. No one likes to work on something they detest doing. By forcing them to take on duties they absolutely hate creates resentment, and resentment either slows down the entire project or provides a poor performance.
4. Work smarter, not harder. I know you’ve heard this phrase a million times, but it bears repeating. By learning to delegate the workload to the right person will lift some of the weight of turning in a top-notch end result off your own shoulders. Your role is to be the visionary – not the micro-manager! You role model what it means to be a leader and a follower, and in turn you inspire and create great leaders for the future.
And isn’t that the purpose of being a great leader?

1) They destroy old and out dated house.
When we are born, our mind is fresh. We have no memories, no experiences and no opinions. As we grow everyone who comes to our life, including our parents, teachers, religious priests and many others, puts their stuff in to our mind. We form ideas opinions, perceptions and behave like puppets.
Our behavior is replaying these experiences and we rarely question these beliefs. These beliefs form the basis of our attitude and thus we assume incompetent mode and feel worthless. Unless these learned beliefs are altered or demolished, leadership development is not attainable. How can you build a dream house without demolishing old structure? Altering the old beliefs is the first leadership skill.

Everyone will have a unique passion. Identification your passion is crucial for preparation of road map, which is third skill of leadership.
3) They prepare their road map.
Once they felt they can do and identified their passion it is time for preparation of road map. They design blue print and draw out plan of action. Without deciding where to go can we start our journey? It is just like that only.

The Complacency Conundrum- How a New Style of Leadership Soft Skills are Creating Complacency
If you have been a leader for more than 12 years you have likely witnessed a leadership revolution whereby the people management part of the job takes up a lot more of your time. This is because our idea of authority and hence our style of leadership has changed drastically over the last decade. Leaders used to lead primarily by a control and command, (for some a fear based) style of leadership, where your title gave you a certain authority in its own right and people did what you said just because you are the leader. Nobody questioned, second guessed or tried to negotiate with you. People just did what they were told whether they agreed with it or not. That simple.
Today, leaders are compelled to brush up their soft skills in order to engage their workforce or just to get them to listen. Now, in order to effectively lead you have to negotiate with employees, make sure they feel heard, respected and appreciated. We need to worry about morale and create fun workplaces. All of this “soft stuff” takes up a lot of time. I have been observing how misused soft skills are doing more harm to morale and productivity than good.
I believe a big part of this leadership shift has to do with a new younger generation of employees whose parents have raised them to be their equal. Gone are the days where children are seen and not heard, this younger generation has been raised to expect a lot of appreciation and cheer for doing simple everyday things.
The new style of parenting expects children to negotiate and in doing so creates a strong sense of entitlement. A simple example: when I was young if my mother told me to eat my peas, I did as I was told. I didn’t negotiate, barter or bargain my way out of it. Recently I was at a friends house when she asked her daughter to eat her peas, her daughter said no. My friend proceded to offer her ice cream if she ate her peas, her daughter still refused the vegetable so she told her she could stay up past her bed time if she ate her peas. ( You know you have done this too)
The sense of entitlement comes in when children become adults, get jobs and at work they feel entitled to negotiate perks just for doing a mediocre job. Unfortunatley companies are falling for it. Over and over recognition programs recognize people for work they are supposed to do anyways. It’s the job.
Soft skills are critical to being a good leader especially if you want to engage a younger workforce but the terms need to be set by you. Leaders need to establish a strong sense of authority, set concrete rules and expectations and clear consequences.
Never recognize mediocrity. Never recognize people for work they are supposed to do anyways, this is non negotiable, like( just off the top of my head):
Showing up for work on time
Basic performance
If you are in the Service industry being “nice” to people is part of the job
Not taking more than the allotted number of sick days
Seniority pay is great but you still have to do a good job, clearly define performance to avoid entitlement
This is very interesting discussion and we can peel back the layers in further articles.
